We evaluate availability, pricing, lead times, commercial viability, and any necessary customizations for each item to ensure a smooth process. A schedule is created, often with a few options and time is allowed for feedback rounds prior to approval and ordering.

We maintain exclusive trade relationships with our suppliers, allowing us to negotiate the best prices to maximize value for your project. Our robust software and accounting systems efficiently manage budgets of all sizes and handle the tracking and processing of quotes, deposits, and payments for each supplier. We ensure full transparency in pricing and streamline invoicing by consolidating bills, thereby reducing the number of invoices you receive. We prioritize tight budget management and proactive communication to prevent any discrepancies and ensure there are no unexpected costs.

We have a vast network of both national and international craftsmen and manufacturers to supply and deliver a wide variety of product, specific to your project. For any custom pieces, we will arrange samples or prototypes to be made up for approval prior to any bulk orders for peace of mind.

We handle all aspects of logistics and billing for imports and delivery coordination, partnering with trusted freight forwarders to facilitate global ordering. We can also arrange temporary storage as needed. Our team works diligently to resolve any shipping delays, ensuring everything is in place for your crucial opening.

We handle or oversee the install process including unboxing, assembly, placement, and rubbish removal, meticulously checking each item and addressing any issues directly with suppliers upon receipt. Our experienced procurement team is available to handle styling, ensuring all final touches are perfectly in place for a complete and polished look.
